Emeli Yulisa is 15 years old, and is studying in her first year of high school at the Complejo Educativo General Francisco Menendez. She joined the scholarship program in January 2021. Emeli will be the first in her family to have the opportunity to study for a professional degree.  In addition, she mentioned that the scholarship program will help her not only intellectually, but also to form herself as a person because their social projects help them understand the problems they face as a community. She is enthusiastic about joining the FCE Scholarship Program, and getting involved in social projects carried out by scholarship students. After graduating from high school she would like to get a bachelor’s degree in business administration. After finishing her studies at university, she would like to work to support her family, cooperate in some way in her community and encourage other young people to continue studying.
